Tai CHILL with Roz Luce
Come and join a relaxed space while exercising your brain, body, balance and breath.
Tai CHILL is an Accredited Perth Tai Chi Academy program based on traditional Tai Chi and Qigong movements. All moves are performed standing. If required Tai CHILL can easily be performed seated. A great starting point for beginners. Wear comfortable clothing & shoes and bring a water bottle.

Throughout life Roz has always been attracted to fitness and movement. In her younger years it was an obsession, now in her 50’s she has an appreciation that exercise is a fantastic tool for positive aging. Roz has a Bachelor Degree in Science, Grad Dip Nutrition, Cert IV in Fitness & Community Services and is an Accredited Tai Chill instructor. She has worked in a variety of settings including teaching at Tafe and University, Care/support work, Service provision for people with disability, and is currently working in the Strength for Life fitness program for seniors at the City of Melville.
