These classes are an introduction to meditation. Each class will consist of two to three meditations each of a different technique. We will discuss, explore and experience each technique.
Topics that will be taught and discussed include:
- What is meditation?
- The subtle body consisting of the chakras and the koshas.
- The stages of meditation.
In addition different breathing techniques will be demonstrated, explored and experienced. Handouts will be provided as a learning reference for each participant.
The aim of the course is for each student to gain an understanding of meditation and develop a personal daily practice.
Please bring a yoga mat
Cushion/yoga bolster (for sitting)
Shawl/blanket/towel ( if one feels cold during yoga Nidra - laying on the floor for meditation)

Guglielmo is passionate about meditation and yoga. He has been initiated into meditation, completed a 200 hour Svastha Yoga of Krishnamacharya Teacher Training Program, is a Level II Reiki practitioner, and is currently undertaking a hatha yoga method 500 hour Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training Program.
Through his practice Guglielmo’s life has transformed. He has gained clarity, patience, discernment and responds to life’s day to day stressful situations with a greater sense of calm. He is keen to share this life changing knowledge and welcomes anyone who is interested in meditation.
