Tutor
I am a Perth based artist with over 10 years’ experience as a drawer, painter and creative professional in CACD (community arts culture and development) working with adults, youth, indigenous communities and artist living with a disability.
My works are not realistic portrayals, but instead are physical acts of communicating conversation with self, society and identity. My love is learning and teaching traditional methods to still life, figurative, perspective and tone and then encouraging the personal approach, and therefore style of each artist. Texture, colour and line are inherent to my works, but gesture and emotion lead my practice.
